Full Return Policy
Within 30 days after delivery of your purchase from endowaudio.com, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at https://endowaudio.com/contact/. Your email should include your name, product serial number, return address, and reasons for return. We will provide a free return shipping label for all Endow products being returned. For the excess weight items, the customer must pay the return shipping. You must return the product to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will give you a refund for the returned product.
If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.
Endow will not refund any special shipping charges (e.g., expedited shipping or overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
